First, thank you for considering me to make your homecoming mum. All orders are custom-made. My cell phone is (936) 222 - 3123 if you have any questions and want to reach out to me before your order. I do prefer text over calling. 

Typically, I can get your order out the door next day. BUT that is not a guarantee. On Mega Mums, I need from 3-5 days because they are very time-consuming and i tend to order specialty items for your order, and I need the additional time to get those supplies in. But for little- regular size mums, garters and individual braids, the turnover rate is typically next day, or next day +1.

I do not charge a rush order fee, if you are in a pinch and need it super fast I do need you to check out with express shipping. All shipping is 3-5 days, express shipping is much faster, but once it leaves my door, it is in the hands of the postal workers and beyond my control.

There are no refunds or returns as these are custom orders made special for you. So please make sure you have everything correct. If there is a mistake on my end, I will correct it at no charge to you. The most common mistake is a senior mum order. Please check with your child if they want traditional school colors, or if they want traditional white with gold or silver for seniors! 

When you check out you will be prompted to add all your customizations, to help you with colors:

Green: Emerald, hunter or a blend of all greens. (lime green is available too, but I do not use that to blend)

Blue: Columbia, blue, or navy. If you put blue, I assume we are talking just standard blue!

Pink: Light pink, bright pink, mauve or a blend of all pinks

Gold: Yellow Gold, old gold, Vegas gold- this is DIFFERENT than the accent color of silver or gold. This is for the ribbon color to be used. (yellow gold is the MOST common)

Purple: purple-purple, dark vibrant purple or blends of all purple (lavender is available too, but I do not use it when I blend)
